In order for us to give you a quick and accurate solution it is necessary that
you supply us with some standard information. Please include:
- the problem, and how it can be reproduced (if applicable);
- the product name and version number;
- your Operating system (95, 98, 2000, ME, XP or NT) and localization;
- if applicable: Microsoft Excel version, localization, and service packs that you have installed (Help|About menu);
- your development tool, its version and build number (Help|About menu);
- any other information you think may be helpful.
